Terms of using Affinira
In plain language
- This site is an informational website plus the Affinira product. Pro and Ultra are paid subscriptions, covered by the subscription terms.
- Whether you can create an account depends on how this site is configured — where it is not, the action tells you so rather than taking your details.
- Use the site normally and honestly; the content and design belong to Affinira.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the Affinira website at affinira.com and of the Affinira apps for Android phones and Wear OS watches, including the product they present. Whether you can create an account, and whether what you save is stored, depend on how the site you are using was set up: creating an account needs an account service, a sender for its confirmation and reset emails, and a way to bring you back here after you confirm; storing what you save needs its own setting; and each is refused outright where any part of its setup is missing. The product sends you the emails your account needs: sign-in codes, confirmation and reset emails, and notices about your account, your team and your data requests. It sends you news only if you asked for it and confirmed your address. When you use a feature that emails someone for you, such as sending your card to a contact or inviting someone to your team, it sends that email to the address you give. If you turn on notifications, it sends you follow-up reminders and card activity notices, and you can turn them off at any time. It can send an email only where a sender is set up for it, and it makes no promise that a message arrives. Pro and Ultra are paid plans; prices are on the pricing page.
These terms govern your use of the Affinira website, apps and product. Pro and Ultra subscriptions are also governed by the subscription terms, which apply when you subscribe.
Affinira is for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please do not use it.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site and use the product for any lawful, ordinary purpose — evaluating the product, reading the resources, deciding whether to get in touch. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its infrastructure, or any non-public area, or probe, scan, or test its security other than through a responsible disclosure to hello@affinira.com;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically enumerate profile pages or other content, or use the site to build a directory of people;
- interfere with the operation of the site — including by imposing an unreasonable load on it or circumventing access controls;
- use the site to transmit anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
Intellectual property
The Affinira name, the site's content, design, software, and visual identity — including the Affinity Ring motif — belong to the operator of this site and its licensors. You may view the site and quote reasonably from it with attribution. You may not copy the site or the product design wholesale, use the Affinira name or identity in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, or remove notices of ownership.
Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property right to you, and nothing in them takes away rights you have under applicable law to quote, review, or criticize.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law so provides.
If you are dissatisfied, you can stop using the site or cancel a paid plan. Consumer protections for paid subscriptions are addressed in the subscription terms and the refund and cancellation policy.
