Subscription, renewal, and cancellation terms

In plain language

  • Pro, Ultra and Team are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Plan names and prices are on the pricing page.
  • Team is priced per seat. Business prices are shown without VAT; VAT is added at checkout, or the reverse charge applies with a valid EU VAT number.
  • Voice Debrief has a monthly limit: 100 voice notes on Pro, 200 on Ultra, and 200 for each member on Team. The count starts again on the first day of each month (UTC).
  • These terms apply to anyone who subscribes to Pro, Ultra or Team.

Trials and free access

Standard is free. Pro, Ultra and Team have no free trial.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account, or by writing to support. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The details are in the refund and cancellation policy.

When these terms take effect

These subscription terms take effect for you when you subscribe to Pro, Ultra or Team. Website use itself is governed by the terms of service. Questions about subscriptions or this page go to hello@affinira.com.
