You can cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it (for example the EU 14-day right of withdrawal).
How to cancel
You can cancel two ways:
- Self-serve: a cancellation control inside your account, effective without talking to anyone. No retention interview, no hidden steps.
- By email: a message to hello@affinira.com from the address on the account, treated as a valid cancellation from the moment it is received.
